Foschini, part of The Foschini Group, is hiring a Cosmetics Manager for their Cresta store. This is a full time role where you will be responsible for running the cosmetics department and making sure it performs well.
What you can expect to do:
- Drive turnover to meet and exceed sales targets
- Control expenses and manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards
- Manage people, including recruiting staff, developing them, handling employee relations, and managing performance
- Roll out in store merchandising strategies and keep standards high
- Make sure customers are happy by delivering on the company service strategy
You will work in a fast paced retail environment where you need to multi task, take initiative, and pay close attention to detail. The role also involves strategic sales planning, managing the sales process, and customer value management.
