Success Guide
This is a senior role, so your application needs to show more than a list of duties. Highlight specific examples of communities you have engaged, Social and Labour Plans you have implemented, and tricky grievances or audits you have resolved. Mention your experience with traditional leadership and municipalities, because that is central here.
Make sure your CV is in MS Word and that your certified ID and qualification copies are in PDF, as requested. In interviews, expect questions on how you balance community expectations with regulatory compliance, and be ready to talk through a real risk or stakeholder case from your past. Good luck.
