Success Guide

Applying for a conveyancing role is different from other legal jobs. The firm will want to see that you understand Deeds Office practice in the Eastern Cape, so mention any specific experience you have with lodgements, rejections and correspondents in King Williams Town. Your CV should clearly show your admission as an Attorney and Conveyancer, plus the number of years you have worked in a conveyancing practice.

Since the role involves regular travel to King Williams Town, be ready to talk about your driver's license and whether you have your own vehicle. In the interview, expect questions about how you handle tight deadlines and how you keep clients updated throughout a transaction. Show that you are eager to learn and grow within their practice. Good luck!
