Success Guide
Hi there. This is a senior role, so your application needs to show more than just qualifications. Lead with your admitted Attorney status and your 10 years of compliance and ethics experience. Highlight any exposure you have had to PFMA Schedule 2 public entities, FICA compliance programmes, and loan covenant monitoring. Because the role manages a small team, include clear examples of how you have led people and handled performance reviews.
If you have water sector or SOE experience, even in an advisory capacity, mention it near the top of your CV and in your cover letter. The same goes for Ethics Institute membership. In your cover letter, focus on how you have built ethical cultures and managed regulatory change, not just on the laws you know. The job is based in Centurion, so confirm you are able to work on site there.
