You will drive new business growth and strengthen market presence in either the East Rand and Vanderbijlpark area or Cape Town. About the role
Cartrack is a world leading smart mobility Software as a Service tech company operating across 23 countries. They are looking for Commercial Sales Managers to join their Commercial teams in two locations: one for East Rand and Vanderbijlpark, and one for Cape Town.
In this role, you will lead a team of high performing Team Leaders in corporate sales. Your focus will be on achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving new business growth, and strengthening Cartrack's market presence. You will do this through effective coaching, improving processes, and making strategic use of CRM tools.
This is a good fit for someone who is energetic, sales driven, and comfortable managing people. You will have the opportunity to shape sales performance and contribute to the company's expansion in your region.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12
- 5 years of Commercial or B2B sales experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong sales background
- Experience driving new business and revenue growth
- Results driven approach with focus on performance, targets, and accountability
- Solution orientated
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Industry experience in fleet management, logistics, telecoms, or software is a plus
