Success Guide
This is a specialist collections role, so your application should show more than general admin experience. Highlight any work you have done with medical aid claims, rejections, or hospital billing systems, and be ready to talk about how you handle short payments and patient arrangements. If you have used specific billing software, name it in your CV. Medical collections can be deadline driven and numbers focused, so show that you are comfortable working through ageing reports and hitting targets. Since there is no email or reference number in the ad, head to the original job board link to apply. A short cover note explaining your medical debtors experience will help you stand out.
