About the role
As a Clinical Trial Recruiter at GoFlow BPO, you will be the first point of contact for people interested in taking part in clinical research studies. You will work remotely to support a US based team, helping to identify, engage, and screen potential participants while making sure everyone has a positive and professional experience.
On a typical day you will source and recruit eligible participants, make initial phone screenings to check potential eligibility, explain study requirements, and answer general questions. You will schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical study sites to keep the recruitment process running smoothly. You will also keep accurate records in the CRM database, follow approved scripts and procedures, work towards enrollment targets, and stick to HIPAA privacy guidelines. You will need to be available during US working hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, healthcare, patient outreach, customer service, or a similar people focused role
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow ups
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with clinical trials, healthcare, or medical terminology is an advantage but not required
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment
- Ability to work during US working hours
