Success Guide

This is a meaningful role for a registered nurse who has moved into education and wants to stay connected to clinical practice. Netcare looks after their people, and the values they list are genuinely part of how the hospitals run.

When you apply, make sure your SANC registration is current and clearly visible on your CV. Highlight any assessor or moderator training you have completed, plus your experience working with student nurses. If you have a critical care or trauma background, bring that to the fore because they specifically ask for it.

This role is at The Bay Hospital, so be ready to discuss how you would balance clinical demands with academic responsibilities. Show them you can work with both ward teams and education teams, and that you can handle the admin side of student records and rosters too. A warm, patient approach with students will serve you well here.
