About the role
As a Clinical Facilitator at Netcare Parklands Hospital, you will play a key role in the training and development of nursing staff and students. You will work closely with nursing teams to ensure that clinical skills are taught, assessed and maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Post basic qualification in Nursing Education or Clinical Facilitation
- Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- Experience in a clinical hospital setting
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to assess and support nursing staff and students
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver clinical training programmes for nursing staff and students
