Success Guide

When applying for this Client Advisor role, show that you understand the importance of client trust and digital banking. Nedbank wants someone who can talk to clients about self-service channels while still selling products. In your CV, highlight any face to face customer service or sales experience you have, even if it was in retail or a call centre. Mention how you have handled client queries or met sales targets. For the interview, be ready to role play a client conversation or explain how you would help a client who is frustrated with a banking app. Understanding FICA and FAIS basics will also impress. The closing date is 10 November 2026, so apply soon through Nedbank's careers site. Good luck!
