Success Guide
This is a senior executive role, so your application should highlight board level engagement, full P and L ownership, and experience in large leisure or asset heavy operations. Tailor your CV to show measurable results in revenue growth, guest experience, and capital project delivery. In interviews, expect questions about safety compliance, partnership development, and how you lead multi disciplinary teams. Emphasise your ability to balance commercial targets with brand integrity and guest satisfaction. If you have theme park, resort, casino or stadium experience, make that front and centre. Also be ready to discuss how you would position a new park as a premium destination in Durban. Good luck.
