About the role
Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opening for Casual Gift Wrappers in their Vaal stores. In this role, you will help customers put the finishing touch on their purchases by wrapping and decorating items with paper, ribbons, bows, and tape. You will work in a busy retail environment where attention to detail and friendly service matter.
What you will be doing:
- Assist customers in choosing suitable wrapping materials.
- Wrap packages neatly and professionally according to store guidelines.
- Remove price tags and include gift receipts where needed.
- Keep the gift wrap area tidy and organise wrapped packages.
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and resolve queries promptly.
- Wear the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
- Report any suspicious behaviour to management.

Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate.
- South African citizenship.
- Clear criminal and credit record (MIE check).
- Basic customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
