Success Guide

This is a senior product role at one of South Africa's biggest banks, so your application needs to show more than just banking experience. Standard Bank is looking for someone who truly understands card acquiring, scheme relationships and product management. Make sure your CV clearly highlights your experience with card products, any work you have done with Visa or Mastercard, and examples of how you have managed a product from start to finish. In interviews, be ready to talk about how you have used data to make product decisions and how you have worked with technical teams. Show that you can think strategically and also get into the details. Good luck!
