Success Guide

Hi there. This is a great entry point if you are looking to get your foot in the door with a global company like EXL. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows any call centre or collections experience you have, even if it was just a few months. Highlight your Grade 12 certificate and mention that you are credit and criminal clear.

During the interview, be ready to talk about how you handle difficult customers and how you stay calm under pressure. They will likely ask you to give examples of times you solved a problem for a customer. Practice speaking clearly and confidently in English, because most of your calls will be with UK clients.

Also remember that this role involves shift work and hitting targets, so showing that you are reliable and adaptable will go a long way. Good luck!
