Sabenza IT Recruitment is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join INUKA in Bellville. You will be the bridge between warehouse operations, sales, manufacturing, finance, and the technical team, making sure the Odoo ERP and warehouse automation systems run smoothly. About the role
As a Business Systems Analyst at INUKA, you will play a key role in aligning business processes with the Odoo ERP system and warehouse automation landscape. You will work closely with Warehouse and Logistics, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and the BizTech team to translate operational needs into clear functional and integration specifications.
Your day to day will involve analysing how systems support inventory accuracy, order throughput, and delivery commitments. You will ensure that solutions delivered by internal teams or partners are high quality and adopted by users. This is a hands on role where you will help the business scale ahead of its 50% year on year growth.

Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation technologies such as scanning, conveyors, pick to light, robotics, WMS, and WCS
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo
- Ability to translate operational requirements into functional and integration specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
