Success Guide
This is a solid opportunity if you already have a couple of years in commercial banking and want to step into a role with more client responsibility. FNB values people who are curious and adaptable, so when you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows your credit management experience and your FAIS qualification. If you have worked with agricultural clients before, highlight that, because the listing specifically mentions exposure to credit applications in the Agric space. Also be ready to talk about how you build relationships and grow a portfolio.
For the interview, expect questions about how you handle high level client queries and how you assess credit applications. A good tip is to prepare examples of how you have grown a client base or improved efficiencies in a previous role. Remember to submit your application before 21 November 2026. Good luck!
