About the role
Sasso Consulting is looking for 5 experienced Business Process Management Specialists to join their team in Centurion, Gauteng. You will support enterprise process improvement, optimisation, and governance in a complex business environment.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain BPM frameworks and standards
- Analyse, document, and optimise end to end business processes
- Create AS IS and TO BE process models using BPMN 2.0
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Implement process governance, controls, and performance measures
- Facilitate process mapping and improvement workshops
- Support workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders and enterprise architecture teams
- Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement
This is a permanent, full time role based in Centurion, with the possibility of travel to other sites. The salary is market related.
Requirements
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, IT or related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant Business Process Management experience
- Proven hands on experience in enterprise process modelling, optimisation and governance
- Strong practical knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and AS IS/TO BE process modelling
- Experience developing BPM frameworks and process improvement initiatives
- Experience with process modelling tools such as ARIS, SAP Signavio, Bizagi or Microsoft Visio
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Lean Six Sigma, BPM or related certifications advantageous
- Experience within large, complex enterprise environments
