Requirements

- FAIS Representative certification (Licenses and Certifications)
- 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the asset management environment
- Strong understanding of the investment and asset management landscape
- Behavioural competencies: articulating information, convincing people, developing expertise, developing strategies, establishing rapport
- Technical competencies: business development, client value propositions, compliance, continuous process improvement, economic capital management
