About the role

What you will be doing:
- Assess and validate development requirements from stakeholders before development starts
- Work closely with business pre-development and testing post-development to ensure requirements are delivered correctly
- Represent the team in sessions with business stakeholders
- Document platform functionality in a consistent, sustainable format
- Assist testers with UAT test packs
- Implement processes for gathering, reviewing, and analysing development requirements
- Create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups where needed
- Mentor junior team members

Requirements
- BCom or BSc degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years Business Analysis experience in the financial services industry
- Team leadership experience is advantageous
- Experience in analysing CRM solutions
- Agile or Scrum experience
- Expert understanding of the software development process
- Good negotiation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of wealth management and adviser value proposition requirements is advantageous
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology terminology
- Ability to explain technical issues back to business for decision making
