About the role
As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be at the heart of developing and delivering innovative payment products. You will work closely with various teams to ensure everyone stays aligned and that business needs are clearly translated into functional requirements.
What you can expect to do:
- Gather and document business and reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional documentation
- Document procedures and workflows
- Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO
- Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation
- Support UAT to ensure features meet requirements
- Continuously improve analysis tools and processes

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of similar business analysis experience
- Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.)
- Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio
