About the role
As Brand Manager for Redbat, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, customer engagement, and market presence. You will work closely with marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure the Redbat brand stays relevant and competitive in the South African market.
Key day to day activities include:
- Developing and implementing annual brand plans and campaigns.
- Managing brand budgets and tracking campaign performance.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform brand positioning.
- Collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to produce brand assets.
- Monitoring brand health metrics and reporting on ROI.
- Supporting product launches, in store promotions, and digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
- A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within retail, fashion, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of the South African retail and consumer landscape.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
