About the role
As a Channel Manager: Sales and Service at Absa, you will lead a customer facing sales and service operation in Franschhoek. Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree and/or Advanced Diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance or equivalent at NQF Level 7 or higher
- FAIS compliant with relevant regulatory requirements
- RE5 qualification where applicable
- Proven leadership experience within financial services, sales, banking, insurance or a related industry
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance principles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Key competencies: strategic leadership, sales and business development, coaching and talent development, financial acumen, client experience management, change leadership, operational excellence, decision making, influencing and negotiation, results orientation
