About the role

Requirements
- First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, or Marketing
- FAIS Representative certification
- 1 to 2 years of sales and distribution experience
- 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in insurance, financial services, or asset management
- At least 3 to 5 years at a management level overseeing teams or significant operational areas
- Proven track record in financial adviser recruitment, retention and development
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management within financial services
