About the role
As a Branch Manager at Standard Bank in Pietermaritzburg, you will lead and manage the IAM branch operations, including people, processes and systems, to achieve sustainable profitability and foster a client focused, high performance culture.

Requirements
- First degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, or Marketing
- 1 to 2 years of sales and distribution experience
- Proven experience in managing operational budgets and achieving financial targets
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in insurance, financial services or asset management
- At least 3 to 5 years of management experience overseeing teams or significant operational areas
- Proven track record in sales and distribution management, with experience in broker consultant recruitment, retention and development
