Success Guide
When you apply for this Branch Finance and HR Administrator role, make sure your CV clearly shows any admin, finance or HR experience you have, even if it was part time or during studies. The job ad asks you to state the position you are applying for, so put that in your cover letter or the subject line if you send an email. Because this branch handles payroll and employee records, employers will look for someone trustworthy and detail focused. In your interview, be ready to talk about how you keep files organised and how you handle confidential information. A short example of a time you caught a mistake in a document or met a tight admin deadline will go a long way. Also remember the two week feedback window, so keep following up on other applications while you wait.
