Success Guide

This role is a solid step into a banking career with one of South Africa's biggest banks. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows your customer service experience and any sales or target achievements you have had, even if it was in a retail or call centre role. FNB will be looking for someone who understands FAIS and TCF principles, so if you have studied anything in banking or finance, highlight it. In the interview, be ready to give examples of how you handled a difficult customer or met a sales target. Show that you are comfortable working in a busy branch and that you take compliance seriously. Also remember to submit your application before the closing date of 13 November 2026, as late applications will not be accepted. Good luck!
