Success Guide
Applying for a branch controller role at FNB is a great chance to show you understand both the people side and the numbers side of running a bank branch. When you put together your CV, highlight the years you spent in branch operations, any experience you have with audits and compliance, and times you led a team or helped customers move to digital banking. In an interview, expect questions about how you handle risk, how you keep a team motivated and how you would grow the customer base. Bring examples of process improvements you have made or costs you have helped reduce. Also remember that FNB uses an Employment Equity plan, so be honest about your background. Submit your application before 13 November 2026 and make sure your Grade 12 certificate is ready if they ask for it.
