Success Guide
This is a senior branch leadership role, so your application should highlight more than just sales numbers. Absa will want to see how you have led teams, handled risk and compliance, and managed a branch or large service point before. Use your CV to show concrete examples of times you improved customer experience, grew revenue, or turned around a struggling team. Since the role involves FAIS and banking regulations, make sure your knowledge of compliance frameworks comes through clearly. Also prepare for questions about how you build relationships in the community and develop future leaders. If you have experience with digital banking rollouts or civic services like ID issuing, mention it. Applying through Absa's Workday portal means you will need to create a profile, so have your documents ready before you start.
