Success Guide
Applying for a talent pool role is a smart move because it puts you on FNB's radar for multiple branch positions at once. Make sure your CV clearly shows how many years you have worked directly with customers and highlight any sales or service targets you have met. If you have experience in banking, retail or any client facing job, spell out what you did to keep customers happy.
For the interview, be ready to talk about a time you solved a difficult customer problem or turned a frustrated client into a happy one. Brush up on FAIS and TCF basics, since they take compliance seriously at FNB. Also show that you are comfortable using digital banking tools, because part of the job is teaching customers how to bank online. Submit your application well before 15 November 2026 and double check that your Grade 12 certificate is attached.
