About the role

Requirements
- Beauty related qualification is desirable
- 2 to 3 years of retail experience
- 1 to 2 years of cosmetics experience
- Excellent selling skills
- Strong interest in retail and the cosmetic field
- Ability to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels
- Ability to show initiative and be resourceful
- Ability to source and implement effective solutions in a fast paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to multi task and work independently
- High level of attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Work towards achieving all store turnover targets, new account sign ups, and rewards programme goals
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and advising on beauty products
- Manage stock by conducting daily stock counts and ensuring product availability
- Set up and maintain visual merchandising displays according to brand guidelines
- Complete administrative tasks such as sales reporting and stock records
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
