About the role
As a Beauty Advisor at Foschini in Walmer, you will be the face of our cosmetics offering, helping customers find products that make them feel confident and beautiful. You will work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage stock, and create an inviting shopping experience.
What you will do:
- Drive store turnover by achieving sales targets and promoting new accounts and rewards programmes
- Provide excellent customer service by advising customers on beauty products and trends
- Manage stock efficiently, including daily stock counts and visual merchandising

About you:

Requirements
- Beauty related qualification is desirable
- 2 to 3 years of retail experience
- 1 to 2 years of cosmetics experience
- Excellent selling skills
- Strong interest in retail and the cosmetic field
- Ability to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels
- Ability to show initiative and be resourceful
- Ability to source and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
