Foschini is looking for a Beauty Advisor to join their Baywest store team. You will help customers find the right cosmetics, drive sales, manage stock and keep the beauty section looking great. About the role
As a Beauty Advisor at Foschini in Baywest, you will be the friendly face customers turn to for cosmetics advice. You will help shoppers find products that suit them, share your knowledge about beauty trends and build relationships that keep customers coming back.
Your day to day will include working towards store turnover targets, opening new accounts and signing customers up for rewards. You will also manage stock, do daily stock counts, set up visual merchandising displays and handle admin tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

Requirements
- Beauty related qualification desirable
- 2 to 3 years retail experience
- 1 to 2 years cosmetics experience
- Excellent selling skills
- Strong interest in retail and the cosmetic field in particular
- Ability to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels
- Ability to show initiative and be resourceful
- Ability to source and implement effective solutions in a fast paced environment
