Futurelink Global Recruitment is looking for friendly, reliable baristas to work at a client site in Musgrave, Berea. This is a 3 month contract starting immediately. About the role
Our client in the Musgrave area needs baristas for a 3 month contract. You must be available to start immediately.
The ideal person has customer service experience, works well under pressure, and is trustworthy and committed. You will be part of a team that keeps the coffee flowing and the customers happy.
Duties include:
- Crafting coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to quality standards
- Greeting guests, taking orders, answering menu questions, and processing payments
- Keeping the workspace clean, washing equipment, and tidying seating areas
- Restocking ingredients, cups, and food items during your shift
Requirements
- Matric is compulsory
- Previous customer service experience is compulsory, minimum 1 year
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to multitask during busy rushes
- Stamina to stand for long periods and safely lift light inventory
- Must be available immediately
