Overview
Futurelink Global Recruitment is looking for baristas to work in the Knysna Road area of George, Western Cape. This is a three month contract starting immediately. If you have at least one year of customer service experience, a Matric certificate, and a passion for making great coffee, this could be a great short term opportunity for you.
About the role
Our client is looking for enthusiastic baristas to join their team in the George area on a three month contract. You will be responsible for crafting quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks while providing excellent service to customers. This role is perfect for someone with a friendly attitude and a strong work ethic who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
Important application notes: Must be available immediately. Matric is compulsory. Previous customer service experience of at least one year is compulsory.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) is compulsory
- Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience is compulsory

- Stamina to stand for long periods and lift light inventory

Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to quality standards
- Greet customers, take orders, answer menu questions, and process payments
- Maintain a clean workspace, wash equipment, and keep seating areas tidy
- Restock ingredients, cups, and food items throughout the shift
