What you will be doing:
- Confirming whether members belong to either MIPF or EIPF
- Adding or updating member details such as names, addresses, and ID numbers
- Capturing banking details onto member records
- Attaching instructions to routing slips for the Scanning and Indexing Clerks
- Re-sorting claims to the correct Business Units based on Natural System records
- Updating the logging screen for no trace cases
- Checking pledges to see if they are settled or pending
- Verifying that claim forms are original
- Assisting with fund projects
This role is based on site at the Johannesburg CBD office and is a full time, permanent position.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
