Success Guide
This is a senior B2B marketing role, so your application needs to show more than campaign experience. Highlight the pipeline numbers you have influenced, the marketing automation tools you have used, and how you have worked with sales teams across different regions. If you have managed paid budgets across search, social, and programmatic channels, make those results visible.
Flight Centre is a large global travel company, so show that you can handle multiple brands and stakeholders at once. A short portfolio or case study of a demand generation campaign you led can help you stand out. Prepare to talk about attribution and ROI in your interview, because commercial impact is clearly central to this position.
