Success Guide
Hi there! This is a lovely role if you are an organised young administrator or a law graduate who enjoys getting the details exactly right. To stand out, make sure your CV clearly shows any board or committee support, minute taking or compliance work you have done, even if it was part of a broader admin job.
In an interview, expect questions about confidentiality, how you manage tight deadlines around meetings, and how you keep documents safe and accessible. Brush up on King IV and the Companies Act basics. Also be ready to explain what you know about the mining sector and why governance matters in it. If you are studying towards an LLB or CGISA, mention that. It shows commitment to the field and can very well work in your favour.
