Success Guide
This Area Manager role is a great step up if you have retail experience and want to lead multiple stores. You will need to show you can handle pressure, work with numbers, and manage people well. Make sure your CV highlights any supervisory or team lead roles, and mention specific examples of how you improved sales or reduced shrinkage. Since you will travel a lot, a valid Code 8 licence is non negotiable.
In the interview, be ready to talk about how you would handle underperforming stores and motivate a team. The company values initiative and attention to detail, so bring real stories from your past work. Also be prepared to discuss how you manage budgets and stock. Apply online through the PNet link, and if you do not hear back within two weeks, consider it unsuccessful.
