Success Guide
This is a board level trustee role, so your application needs to show more than just your qualifications. Use your CV and cover letter to highlight your governance experience, any oversight committee work, and your knowledge of the medical schemes industry.
Remember, only Medshield members can apply. Make sure you attach a letter of good standing from Medshield with your application. Without it, your application may not be considered.
If you have worked on committees in finance, law, medicine, actuarial services or marketing, spell that out clearly. Also show that you understand the King Code and the Medical Schemes Act. These are central to the role.
Board roles are competitive. A focused application that shows exactly how your skills will strengthen the Board will stand out.
