Success Guide
Applying for an allocator role at TFG? Make sure your CV shows your numerical ability and any retail or stock experience you have, even if it was part time or holiday work. Attention to detail is key here, so double check your CV for errors before sending it. In an interview, you might be asked how you would handle a situation where a store has too much of one product and not enough of another. Think about how you would use sales data to solve that. Also be ready to talk about why you want to work for TFG and what you know about the @Home brand. Show enthusiasm for retail and a willingness to learn.
