About the role
Our client is looking for an Agriculture Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for designing agricultural machinery components and equipment using computer aided design technology. You will also test machinery and equipment to ensure adequate performance, and provide advice on water quality and pollution management issues.
You will conduct on the job training programs for farmers, helping them improve agricultural productivity. Additionally, you will discuss plans with consultants and other engineers to evaluate and refine them, and plan and direct the construction of irrigation and drainage systems for soil and water conservation.

Requirements
- +5 years experience specialising in citrus fruit
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Agriculture
- Must have experience in hydroponics
