Success Guide
This role is all about accuracy and communication. When you apply, highlight your admin experience and give clear examples of how you have caught mistakes or kept track of important documents. Mention your English and Afrikaans fluency early on, since the client serves a diverse range of people. If you have any exposure to vehicle licensing or eNaTIS, even from a dealership or traffic department, make that stand out. Also show that you are reliable and discreet, as you will handle client information under POPIA. In the interview, expect questions about how you organise your inbox, prioritise urgent tasks, and handle a missing document. A calm and organised approach will go a long way.
