Success Guide
If you are applying for this Debt Recovery Consultant role, your CV should clearly show your experience with collections, credit control, or accounts receivable. Highlight any time you worked with SAP or large ERP systems, as this is specifically mentioned in the listing.
During an interview, you can expect questions about how you handle difficult customers, how you track payment promises, and how you stay organised with multiple accounts. Think of real examples from your past work where you successfully recovered overdue payments or resolved a tricky account query.
Since this is a part time, temporary position in Pretoria, make sure you are available to work on site in the city. It is also a good idea to mention any experience you have in shared services or multinational environments, even if it was short term, because the employer lists this as preferred.
