About the role
Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a detail oriented Accountant on behalf of a client based in Tygervalley, Cape Town. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of the full accounting function.
You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing electronic funds transfers, reconciling bank statements and cashbooks, ensuring accurate allocations to accounts, cost centres and companies, verifying invoices, responding to financial queries, and processing journals and financial transactions up to trial balance. The role requires someone who can work accurately in a deadline driven environment.
