Requirements
- B.Com degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience managing the full accounting function, from transactional processing to financial reporting
- Previous experience in manufacturing, mining, or FMCG is preferred
- Proficiency in an ERP system; Syspro experience will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting function, ensuring accurate and complete financial records
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform reconciliations, including balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements
