A well established business in Pretoria North is looking for a hands on Accountant to take ownership of the full accounting function from start to finish. If you have a BCom and 3 to 5 years of experience, this permanent role starting in November could be your next move. You will handle management accounts, reconciliations, cash flow and month end processes while helping to improve financial systems.

What you will be doing:
- Processing transactions through to financial reporting
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow monitoring
- Overseeing month end and year end processes
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and audit requirements

Requirements
- BCom Degree
- 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience managing the full accounting function
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
- Proactive approach to improving financial processes
